Emergency Plan Policies
Stepping Stones Day Nursery aims to remain open under any circumstances. However should the unexpected happen and we need to close;
- Parents will be informed by telephone as soon as we are aware of the situation, so that alternative arrangements can be made.
- Where possible other days will be offered to cover the loss of days, or fees will be refunded.
